bke33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bke33 ("bke33", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bke33 website and all services, games, promotions and features available through it. These Terms apply to all persons who register an account, access the platform or place any bet or wager through bke33, whether from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal or any other location in Bangladesh.

By accessing bke33 for the first time, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bke33 platform and must close your account immediately. bke33 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each player may hold only one active account on bke33. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If bke33 detects or suspects that a player is operating more than one account — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers or payment methods — bke33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending full investigation.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bke33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bke33 support immediately. The following account management rules apply:

• Each player must have a unique, valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered to their account.
• Players must keep their contact details up to date. Outdated contact information may delay account recovery or withdrawal processing.
• bke33 may suspend or close an account that has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with its inactive account policy, with prior notice where reasonably practicable.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting bke33 support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following verification.

bke33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to national identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

bke33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposit transactions are subject to the minimum deposit amounts specified on the deposit page at the time of the transaction. Deposits are credited to the player's bke33 wallet balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bke33 does not accept cash deposits or transfers from bank accounts not connected to a supported mobile wallet provider. Minimum deposit is ৳200. Players are responsible for ensuring they use the correct payment reference and account details when making a deposit — failed deposits resulting from player error may be subject to a processing delay.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same mobile wallet account used to make the player's most recent qualifying deposit. bke33 does not process withdrawals to bank accounts, third-party wallets or other payment methods not previously used to fund the account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. bke33 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, withdrawal processing times may vary depending on verification status, volume of requests and the operating hours of the relevant payment provider.

bke33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request where the amount, frequency or pattern of transactions gives rise to concern. In such cases, bke33 may request additional documentation and may place a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending completion of the review. Players must not attempt to circumvent withdrawal procedures or KYC requirements. Any attempt to do so may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

bke33 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

The following general conditions apply to all bke33 bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

bke33 is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from bonus winnings or any other winnings on the platform. Players are individually responsible for complying with any applicable tax laws in their own jurisdiction. Bonus offers are subject to change and may be withdrawn from the promotions section at any time. Checking the current terms before claiming any bonus is the player's own responsibility.

All bets placed on bke33 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, crash games or sports and cricket betting markets — are final once confirmed. bke33 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where a technical error demonstrably affected the bet's outcome, at bke33's sole discretion. Game outcomes on bke33 are determined by certified RNG systems (for slots, virtual games and fixed-odds casino games) and by real-time live dealer play (for live casino tables). bke33 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports and cricket betting markets on bke33 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic BPL fixtures, and the ICC for international fixtures). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided after bets have been placed, bke33 will settle bets in accordance with its sports betting settlement rules, which will be applied consistently. In-play betting markets close automatically when the outcome of the relevant event can no longer be changed by subsequent play.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on bke33. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of wagering. bke33 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual players or player groups at any time, including in response to patterns of play that may suggest advantage play, arbitrage or abuse of promotional terms. Players who exceed their account's applicable betting limits will have their excess wagers voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bke33. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and may be permanently banned from the platform. bke33 reserves the right to forfeit any winnings generated through prohibited conduct and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where legally required. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's identity, payment method or account credentials to access the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, technical errors or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, generate artificial winnings or circumvent game mechanics.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games or perform any platform function that would ordinarily require manual human input.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share information in real time during live casino sessions or coordinate betting patterns to exploit bonus terms.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name, or using bke33 for any form of money laundering, structuring or financial crime.

bke33 actively monitors platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, bke33 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account without notice, void all associated bets and bonus balances, withhold withdrawals pending investigation and, where legally required, disclose relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory bodies. bke33 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of account suspension arising from a prohibited conduct investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bke33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bke33 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from platform downtime, game technical errors, delayed or failed payment transactions, loss of account access due to forgotten credentials, or any reliance on information provided on the platform. bke33 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions or inaccuracies at all times.

bke33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All warranties, representations or conditions — whether express, implied or statutory — regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, merchantability, reliability, accuracy or availability are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

bke33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bke33 will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, will notify active players via the contact details held on their account. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the bke33 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure through bke33 support.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the bke33 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the platform. bke33 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints and dispute resolution process. Players with a complaint or dispute should contact bke33 support in the first instance, providing full details of the issue. bke33 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will aim to provide a final resolution within 14 days of receiving all necessary information from the player.

bke33 is committed to resolving disputes in good faith. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, bke33 will cooperate with any applicable external dispute resolution mechanism. Players are reminded that gambling involves financial risk and that losses incurred through fair play on the platform are the player's own responsibility. bke33 does not refund losses resulting from normal gameplay under these Terms.
